Octavio Amorim Neto
(PhD University of California at San Diego, 1998) is full professor at the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE) of the Getulio Vargas Foundation, Rio de Janeiro. His research interests are comparative political institutions, foreign policy-making, civil-military relations and defense policy, and Latin American politics.
